For dinner last night I was too lazy too cook and too lazy to drive somewhere. I dug into the empty fridge struggling to find something to make, but finally found a bowl of leftover spaghetti squash. I had shrimp leftover from the salads the night before so I grabbed that as well. I went to the cabinet to grab a jar of spaghetti sauce, which I always have in the house. I heated up a skillet added : 1 cup cooked shrimp, 2 cups spaghetti squash, and 1/2 cup of pasta sauce. I heated it all up and topped it with Parmesan cheese.
