I want to make this recipe but I don’t use stevia, how much sugar would equal the amount in this recipe?? I really want to make the muffins tonight and Google can’t seem to help me!

She is using “cup-for-cup” stevia so it would be equal to the same amount of sugar. So you would need one cup of sugar (however I personally wouldn’t add that much).

I was a little worried about making these muffins because it was hard to believe that a muffin with such low calories would taste any good… BUT these muffins were amazing!!!!! They will definitely be a keeper! I got 9 large sized muffins from this recipe and they are quite filling! Even my mom says that these are the best muffins I have made with stevia… My only question is how you found that these were 60 calories? I plugged the recipe into calorie count and found that they had 90.. But it doesn’t matter because these muffins are so good! I am going to try mixing in the leftover apple pie filling with my oatmeal!

A whole cup of Stevia sounds like a lot to me! Could I use 1/2 Stevia and 1/2 Sugar? I realize it would make the calorie count a little higher.

Delicious and easy. I added monk fruit for sweetness.
