I work 7am to 5pm Mon-Friday. I take care of 5 year old, boy/girl twins. I am always up and doing things. It’s important to keep my energy up in order to keep up! I usually eat my breakfast on my way to work everyday.
Oatmeal is my favorite to-go breakfast for energy.
I buy the Quaker oats and use my coffee maker for hot water.
Don’t forget to take the K-Cup out first. I’ve done that so many times and hopefully I’ve learned my lesson.
After mixing up the oats and water, I place the lid on for a couple minutes to let the oats firm up.
This is also a great pre-gym fuel for runners.
