My lunch for today is very fresh and fruity! Up top is a sweet cream cheese sandwich with sliced strawberries and whole wheat bread. In a little mixing bowl combine 1 Truvia packet and 2 Tbsp of Fat free cream cheese for your spread. Slice 3 medium strawberries onto the bread and cut into pieces. To the Bottom left is Mio and Chobani with my very own dried bananas (still obsessed with my dehydrator!) There are also a couple dried blueberries in there too! To the bottom right is fresh cooked shrimp with a couple stalks of steam asparagus.
