I love carrot cake. It’s in my top faves for dessert, which is why it’s so hard to keep moderation in mind when I’m eating it. As I was walking through Whole Foods, the words “carrot cake” caught the corner of my eye. I grabbed the packaged and turned it around to check out the nutrition facts. 130 calories? No way this can possibly taste like carrot cake for 130 calories…but I bought it anyways.
I opened the bag and poured a 1/4 cup onto my yogurt. Shocked, amazed and Hooked! This taste almost better than the real deal. The tiny flakes of cream cheese frosting sweetened the granola. It tasted great in my honey Greek yogurt. I can’t WAIT to try the other flavors.
