
- 2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
- 1 Chicken Breast Grilled with no skin
- 1 tsp Taco Seasoning
- 1/3 Cup Mixed Bell Peppers
- 1 Tbsp Onions
- 1/4 Serving Colby Jack Cheese Shredded
- 2 Tbsp Mild Salsa
- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
- Grill chicken and then toss in taco seasoning
- To make the tortilla bowl, place a tortilla in a glass bowl, cook on 350, for 8 minutes or until chrispy
- Add lettuce, peppers, onions, chicken, salsa, inside the tortilla bowl.
