Tonight for dinner I had grilled fish, steamed broccoli and spaghetti squash pasta! If you’ve never made spaghetti squash before it can be kind of difficult but once you do it , it becomes easy!
- Heat the oven to 350.
- Slice the squash in half.
- Scoop out the seeds just like you would do to a pumpkin or melon.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place the squash halves seed side down.
- Bake for 50-65 minutes or until soft.
- Hold the squash with a oven mitt and scrape the insides with a fork over a bowl.
- I added 2 tbps of low sodium spaghetti sauce.
