For lunch, the kids I watch wanted pizza! So, we all hopped in the car and headed down the street to Whole Foods. We picked up some healthy ingredients to make fun little pizzas. There were tons of ingredients leftover, so they begged for these pizzas for the next five days! This made lunch so easy and they had a blast helping out in the kitchen.
- Meatless Pepperonis
- Mini Pita Bread %Whole Wheat
- 1 Tbsp Sharp Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp Mozzarella
- Diced Orange Bell Pepper
- Pizza Sauce
Heat oven to 475
Spray baking sheet with Pam
Spread 1 tbsp of pizza sauce onto each pita
Add 1 Pepperoni diced and a couple pieces of bell pepper
Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese onto pizza
Cook Pizza in Oven for 8 minutes.
For One Pizza : 65 Calories, 2g Protein, 1.5g Fat 10g Carbs 1.4g Fiber
