Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Almond Flour extra Fine
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt less if peanut butter is salted
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • Add the peanut butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Scoop the dough into 70-gram portions and roll into balls. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten each one.
    if you have a hard time forming a ball, refrigerate the dough for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden brown.
    Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
