Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Cup Oats Gluten-free
  • 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt (less if peanut butter is salted)
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Candy-Coated Chocolates

Instructions

How to Make Monster Cookie Dough

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • Add wet ingredients: Mix in the egg, vanilla, maple syrup, and peanut butter until well combined.
  • Add mix-ins: Fold in the chocolate chunks.
  • Form cookies: Weigh out the cookie dough into 70-gram portions, and place them about 2 inches apart on a lined parchment baking sheet. Roll the dough into balls and gently press them down into cookie shapes.
Note that the cookies won’t spread too much during baking.
  • Top with candy: Add a few candy-coated chocolates on top of each cookie.
  • Bake: Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Allow the cookies to cool on the pan before eating!
