Restaurant-Style Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap
Fresh and flavorful chicken Caesar salad wraps made with tender marinated chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing. Perfect for easy lunches, summer dinners, and meal trains.

One of my favorite meals I made this weekend was my restaurant style chicken Caesar salad wraps. My husband and I took a little road trip last summer and stopped for lunch along the way. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad wrap from a coffee shop, and my expectations were low. How good could a coffee shop Caesar salad wrap be? I assumed it would be cold, soggy, and wrapped hours earlier. I was wrong.
It was one of the best and freshest chicken Caesar salad wraps I have ever had. I almost convinced Kyle to drive an hour out of the way so we could have them again. Instead, I headed to the grocery store and picked up the ingredients to recreate my own at home.
This recipe was shockingly close to the one I had last summer, and I think you are going to LOVE it.

This has now become one of those recipes I make for meal trains, especially in the summertime when friends have babies. They are light, refreshing, and hold up well, since romaine is the only lettuce that really lasts once dressed.
I made a tray of these for one of my friends who was very pregnant and struggling in her last few weeks, and when I asked her what I could bring her after she had the baby, she quickly said the chicken Caesar salad wraps. I made them again when she had her second baby too.

This is the ultimate dinner to serve for anyone on a food train. Fresh Caesar salad wraps, warm roasted potatoes, fresh watermelon, and energy bites. Oh, and her favorite wine. And this was a summer baby, so keeping it light and refreshing is key, especially in Southern heat.

How to Prepare for Meal Prep Without Getting Soggy
Store each component separately until you are ready to assemble. This is the key to keeping the wraps fresh.
Keep the chopped romaine lettuce completely dry and store it in an airtight container lined with a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
Store the Caesar dressing in a small separate container and toss it with the lettuce just before serving.
Cook and slice the chicken, then store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let it cool completely before storing to prevent condensation.
If using avocado, add it right before assembling the wraps rather than storing it mixed in.
Warm and assemble the wraps just before eating. Or you can eat these cold.
If fully assembled, keep the wraps refrigerated and enjoy within twenty four hours for the best texture and flavor.
Look how delicious these are. Perfect for a summer picnic or to take with you by the pool. We sat out on the porch and enjoyed them with some cherry kombucha on Saturday night 😊

That sounds amazing!
Thank you!

Our favorite kitchen purchase has been our Ninja Foodi 8 quart 9-in-1 Deluxe XL. Its a pressure cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, dehydrator, broiler, steamer, and more. It even makes yogurt, although we haven’t tried that feature yet. We use it just about every night- if not for our main course, then at least for our sides. I am obsessed with making brussels sprouts in there! I love how crispy they get in just 10 minutes and often make them just to snack on while making dinner.
A favorite meal I recreated at home is the Hummus and Fig Toast from ‘Organically Local’, a little…you guessed it… organic and locally sourced restaurant in Sebring, Florida. It’s sprouted bread, hummus, avocado, bacon, fig, feta and basil with balsamic glaze and is simply to die for. Unfortunately my office is too far for pickup, so I recreated my own version and ate it for a week straight, LOL. Its that good.
Sounds like an appliance I need in my life!
THAT SOUNDS SO GOOD!!!!! next time send me pics!
Hardly anything gets me running to the store because I can’t get a food off my mind but here I am. This has been on my mind for a couple days now. Yum! Thanks for the share!
I’ve made them twice this week 😆
what kind of Caesar dressing do you use?
I use a lot of different brands but my favorite is the Whole Foods Caesar dressing. Sometimes, I’l use the Panera one.
How many calories and protein are in this?
