Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Organic Chicken Breast
  • 4 Tbsps Italian Dressing or more
  • 5 Cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 Tbsps Caesar Dressing or more
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parmesan, grated
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onions, chopped
  • 1 Medium Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 6 Medium Tortillas gluten-free or low carb

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken breast in Italian dressing for a few hours, or overnight for better flavor.
  • Heat a cast iron griddle over medium high heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked through and golden on both sides.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the lettuce, Caesar dressing, cheese, avocado, onions, and black pepper.
  • Fill a tortilla with Caesar salad and sliced chicken, add a sprinkle of black pepper, and roll tightly.
  • Grill each side of the tortilla for about a minute, until lightly golden.
  • Slice and enjoy
