A few nights ago, I headed out with one of my good friends to the Five Blossoms Farm for the Solstice Sip & Stroll. It was one of the most dreamy summer nights. I haven’t stopped thinking about everything from the most delicious chef-created pizza to picking fresh flowers from the fields while sipping wine.
I adore the family that owns this farm; they inspire me every time I visit. What a dream job they have, and they do such an incredible job! The Five Blossoms Farm is now available as a wedding venue. I highly recommend contacting them and scheduling a visit if you want a beautiful spot to get married. This is exactly what I had in mind when planning my wedding.
The Five Blossoms Farm hosts fun events; you can purchase tickets on their website, and I look forward to attending the next one!
When we arrived, we dove into the refreshing cucumber water and walked around, enjoying the beautiful views and smells of the delicious artisan pizzas on the grill. After being served the first round of the wine flight, we headed out to the fields with clippers to create a beautiful bouquet!
Creating our bouquets was so much fun! There were ENDLESS flowers to choose from, and the rows continued. I loved learning about the new flowers; they inspired me so much for next year’s garden boxes.
It was the hottest day of the year, so we sipped our wine under the shade tree overlooking the stunning fields.
It’s no secret that pizza is one of my favorite foods. If I had to choose my last meal, it would be pizza.
The pizza we had at the farm that night was THE BEST I have ever had. It’s going to take a lot to top that. If they have another pizza night, you will most likely see me there because I can’t stop thinking about how good it was!
Their new outdoor kitchen and stoves are stunning. I felt like I was in the countryside in Italy, sipping wine and diving into the most delicious pizza I’ve ever eaten.
I loved that the chef used all the local ingredients.
Moatmon crafted the sourdough pizza crust, and Chef Lynsey executed these incredible pizzas!
The first pizza that I tried was the Blossom Cheesesteak. It had alfredo, slow-cooked picanha, peppers, onions, and mozzarella. I had never had anything like it before, and it was my favorite out of the entire lineup. I could have eaten about 50 slices of these!
Next, I had the Proscuitto and Arugula slices. It was also incredible! It had herb-rubbed dough, tossed arugula, prosciutto, mozzarella, and balsamic glaze. I loved it. Each pizza was cooked to perfection, and the ratio of ingredients was perfect. I didn’t have any commentary other than “Give me more!!”
The third one we tried was the smoked ham and pineapple. It had a generous serving of fresh grilled pineapple, smoked ham, pomodoro, and mozzarella. I have always been a team member of Pineapple on a Pizza, and this one was heavenly!
The last pizza I tried was the pepperoni and ricotta. I’ve never been a big fan of ricotta, but when paired with the fresh Five Blossom honey, pepperoni, pomodoro, and chili flakes, I scooped up every last bit of remnants with the crust.
Every pizza was pure art! I could not stop dreaming about it. I didn’t care if my pants needed to be unzipped for the drive home; it was worth the stuffed belly!
Everyone worked hard to bring this night to life and make it special for the guests. As a full-time mom and business owner who doesn’t get many breaks, I appreciated this night out.
The night ended with cozy fires overlooking the sunset views, fireflies, and s’mores for everyone.
I hope you enjoyed the photos from the pizza night out at the Five Blossoms Farm! 🙂 I have many more blogs coming this week!
Question for you!
- Which pizza would you pick?
