Pink Cream Cold Foam Valentine’s Day Coffee (Dairy-Free)
Cute Valentine’s Day Coffee Drink Idea
Valentine’s Day has always been one of my favorite holidays, ever since I was a kid. I loved making little Valentines cards for my classmates and always insisted on wearing a pink sweater or something covered in hearts. I still enjoy decorating with pink, red, and purple for Valentine’s Day—even my coffee gets a festive touch! Today, I’m sharing a fun Pink Foam Valentine’s Day Coffee idea. You can make this recipe hot or cold, sweet or simple, and flavored or not!
I’m team hot coffee all the way. I won’t say no to an iced coffee—those sweet cream cold foam drinks at Starbucks are so good—but there’s something undeniably comforting about a hot coffee, even in the summer heat. Sometimes, I’ll crank up the AC and sit on the couch with a hot coffee when I need a little “me time.” But if I’m heading to the pool or spending time outdoors, I’d definitely opt for an iced coffee. It all depends on the mood I’m going for!

There are so many ways to customize this pink cold cream foam!
You can use regular dairy whipping cream, add flavored syrup, mix in dragon fruit or Pitaya for natural coloring, or opt for barista-style oat milk to achieve that perfect foamy texture.
How to Make Pink Dairy-Free Cold Cream Foam
This cold cream foam is incredibly easy to make! You’ll only need a few ingredients and can use an electric mixer, whisk, or blender.
- Add one cup of dairy-free heavy whipping cream to the blender along with a drop of pink food coloring. You can also add sweetener or flavoring at this step, depending on your taste.
- Blend at high speed for about 30 seconds until the foam reaches a light, airy texture.

Add ice to your glass, along with some chocolate chips or a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and pour in your cold brew for the perfect iced coffee! If you prefer an extra creamy coffee, you can also mix in a splash of cream or oat milk.

Finish your cold brew by topping it with about 1/4 cup of the pink cold cream foam for a festive and creamy touch!

For the hot coffee, I added white and dark chocolate chips, a coffee pod (you can also use espresso), my favorite coffee creamer, and topped it off with 1/4 cup of the pink cold cream foam. It turned out to be such a fun and festive Valentine’s Day drink! Now, I’m inspired to create a Shamrock version next!

I hope you all have the best week ♥️ Thanks for stopping by to read!

Thanks, Ashley!
Absolutely love this! I need to go get some pink food coloring asap, to recreate this and maybe green too for St. Patty’s Day! I love dressing up for Valentines Day, and was obsessed with it when I was a kid, but it’s actually my brothers birthday so now we try to get together for that.
I would say I am team cold coffee, especially at Starbucks! Have you tried the new pistachio cold crew? However since getting a dog in 2020 I actually love making a warm coffee in the Keurig with some hazelnut creamer in the morning before my husband is up and just snuggling the pup while watching.
I love good food (much like Remi on Ratatouille) so anywhere with a great menu, and maybe a walk near the beach or a movie.
Hi, Ashton!
Ohhh yes add green and a hint of mint yum!!
I ordered it but OMG they put so much syrup in mine I couldn’t drink it lol, but I ordered it hot. I think I need to recreate that at home and maybe add some almond to it!
Puppy snuggles and warm coffee is the best!
Love the reference!
