I do have friends other than my boyfriend. Our friends are with us a lot. I love hanging out with my boyfriend, his family, and my family. I’m VERY happy so there really isn’t anything sad about it. My life is filled with love, people who care about me, and friends.
No matter how much good you have in your life and share with others, there will always be THAT one negative person. I don’t see how that post was not meant to be negative, but if it legitimately wasn’t Janet should really reconsider how she words her opinions. Either that or just keep that negativity to herself. You are a beautiful and inspiring soul, keep enjoying your life, even if it is just with your boyfriend and his family. Quality over quantity, am I right?! Do you, boo….do you! 🙂
I love hanging out with my family, my husband and his family. We both have siblings and it is always a blast! Plus it is always very easy to be around them with our dogs. It does not mean you do not have friends or are sad….I love my friend time also. So just be nice and do not judge!
Lovely pictures Taralynn, looks like you guys really had a great weekend 🙂 Santino is still one of the most adoarable dogs I’ve ever seen! Wish we had the weather to do the same, but it’s been raining here for days 🙁
This post reminds me of the lake I go to! My dad grew up on a farm, and his dad owned a 50 acre lake. Since both my dad’s parents passed away, his whole family owns it now. It really is is peaceful and relaxing, and it’s so much fun to spend time with friends/family. Sounds like an awesome weekend!
I love reading your blog. I just hope you are wearing sunscreen. I was diagnosed with Melanoma at age 36 and I never tan. While I vacation in the sun, I lather up in sunscreen, seek shade, wear a hat and sunglasses. I have a three inch scar on my arm and a two inch scar on my thigh. While I am not ashamed of them, I would have preferred to not go through the surgeries and worries (not to mention the bills). At stage 3, people diagnosed with melanoma have a 50% chance of living for 5 years. Can’t be too careful! 🙂
I live in British Columbia, Canada, and I have lived less than 15 minutes from a lake (or the ocean) my entire life. I have spent my summers on/at the lake: tanning, swimming, fishing and wakeboarding. Just like you, I love spending time with friends and family, especially summer days on the dock.
Did you at least get on the jet ski? I hope so! It’s so much fun!
That lake is GORGEOUS! I am so excited to see all these different places when we move! SO EXCITED! haha.
now i’m craving a lake weekend! So much fun. Also, I don’t know if this is rude- but it’s just an observation: your boyfriend looks just like your ex. Maybe I’m wrong but sometimes i have to double check the name bc I get confused and think you’re back with the other guy. I can’t blame you loving the tall, dark and handsomes! love your puppy!
What a vacation! I sure wish I could go paddle boarding.
Where was Mr. Grumpes?! It must have been hard for him to be sepairated from Santonio since they seem so insepairable!
He had a playdate with another dog that day! He really doesn’t like the lake and its SO hard to get the dirt out of his fur.
Do you have any friends besides your boyfriend? Seems lile the ony people you hangout with are your boyfriend and his family. That seems really sad…

Do you have so much time on your hands that you read through all of Taralynn’s posts just so you can be mean to her? That seems really sad….
