Ingredients: *1 bag (about 15 small red potatoes), *1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, *1 teaspoon onion powder, *pepper, *salt, *2 tablespoons brown sugar, *3 tablespoons olive oil, and *1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce.
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-Boil a pot of water and boil the potatoes for about ten minutes.
-Let the potatoes cool and then diced them up.
-In a bowl toss together the potatoes, brown sugar, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil.
-Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake them for 25-28 minutes.
You can season your vegetables this way too!
Have you tried Japanese purple sweet potatoes? They’re my favourite. They’re the best, and the sweetest! They are a little more starchy than red potatoes, but give it a try in this recipe and tell me if i works out 🙂
I tried these last night and they were awesome! I added a bit more brown sugar and garlic because I like LOTS of flavor, but I loved them. Great recipe and thanks for sharing. I will be recommending this to friends!
