Well this is kind of late, but better late than never.
Wednesday morning, I made omelets for Emilee and I. This is definitely my go-to breakfast. I make omelets at least 3-5 times a week for breakfast.
-First I sautee the vegetables (usually tomatoes, peppers, onions, zucchini…)I add some garlic and olive oil.
Then on medium-high, I cook the eggs.
After the bottom is cooked, add vegetables.
And cheese. Fold the omelet over and continue to cook it.
Set the omelet aside and continue to cook the next one!
I add 7-8 egg whites to my omelet.
And I added cheddar cheese to mine.
