I had an amazing opportunity last night that I’ll never forget. I was invited to attend the Voice Tour and share it with you all from front row center. If you all follow me on Instagram, you probably got a little taste of it last night.
For the past couple of years, I’ve been a Voice fan. Remember when American Idol was no longer cool? Yeah, that’s about the time I started watching The Voice. The last season with Christina Grimmie was one of my favorites. I’m a huge Cassadee Pope fan, so it was close.
Seeing her perform live was a privilege. I mean, it’s obvious this girl can sing, but every note felt like a sin.
The season 6 winner, Josh Kaufman, was also great! He did a “duet” with Usher (his coach) on a screen. I thought that was pretty neat how they incorporated that.
Jacqui Lee, from season five, was even better in person than on the show. I took my friend Sealy with me and she was blown away! Her “I put a spell on you”…flawless.
The entire group put on a great show. I liked that they incorporated popular songs, songs from the show, and their very own singles.
I know this is going to be repetitive, but honesty! These performers were flawless. Kristin Merlin!

Christina sang her audition song “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus and just crushed it.
That hair flip though!
I’ve been to a lot of concerts in my life and I’d have to say that these performers were by far the best. They really take pride in what they do and sing with their entire hearts. They’re great inspirations for future artist.
I loved their group performances the most. I highly recommend seeing them on tour! You won’t regret it.
Miss Pipes.
Do you remember Diana Frampton from season one? She sang one of her new singles and I absolutely loved it. It reminded me a lot of Ingrid Michaelson.
Country heart throb from season 6: Jake Worthington!
To the right, Tessanne Chin: Season Five
During the show, they all sang a song (won’t name it) that really hit home. It basically made my night.
Will Champlin: Season Five
I hope you get to see The Voice Tour for yourself!

I was there too! They all were amazing and love how easy The Ovens is. I’m glad you’re liking Charlotte (my hometown) so far!
