  2. Hey! I have found that “Plant Head” protein is great – it is vegan and gluten free (I have celiac so this is important to me!) and also tastes really great, unlike most whey based proteins (which I think is a component of milk? not sure!) I’ve found Plant Head protein at GMC – and I’ve only tried chocolate, but vanilla is great too. 110 calories for 8 oz but I usually add extra water or almond/ or soy milk because 1 scoop per 8 oz is kind of thick and milkshakey. 🙂

  4. LOVE LOVE LOVE your blog! Like you (and many) I have struggled and continue to struggle with my weight. I though have found confidence to start hitting the gym and lost about 10 lbs on my own. I am motivated to lose more and get health(ier)! I’ve stumbled across your blog and love it so much. Your story is such an inspiration. I am going to try your 30 day plan and do my best to stick to it. I’m getting married in 3 months and want to look tone and fit this plan should be a catalyst to my goals! Any other suggest tips?
