Someone please tell me the snow will stop soon. I can’t stand not running outside. My motivation is like a deflated balloon right now! I will never voluntarily live in the cold ever. Where ever I plant my roots, it will be sunny all year round.
Yesterday afternoon, I made a peanut butter and jelly french toast sandwich before my workout. It looks heavy, but it’s actually really light. I waited about 45 minutes after eating before my workout.
I did a twenty minute Insanity video on the Xbox to warm up my muscles before my run. I can’t get over how hard it is! I need to build my strength, obviously.
After the insanity, I walked over to my apartment’s gym and did a half hour on the treadmill. I was so bored. I am not a very good treadmill runner.
After my workout, I made some lunch! I threw together a salad made with roasted corn, carrots, croutons, special k cracker chips, cucumber, roasted turkey, mixed salad, hummus, and garlic dressing!
