I love coming up with new ways to enjoy my morning oats. I couldn’t imagine eating them plain! How boring. Yesterday morning, I made oatmeal to go with my scrambled eggs. This is a quick fix and perfect for busy mornings. And if you don’t like blueberries, you can try it out with other fruits.
-Prepare your oats in water or unsweetened almond milk.
-Mix in a couple tablespoons of Chia seeds.
-Top with 1 tablespoon organic coffee cream or half and half.
-Microwave frozen or fresh blueberries until bubbly.
-Pour blueberries over the cream.
-Drizzle with honey!
