Saturday morning I did a quick 45 minute workout. This is one of my favorite ways to increase my heart rate. I like to find the most hilliest street for it.

-Walk 5 minutes
-Run 10 minutes
-Walk 5 minutes
-Run 10 minutes
-Walk 5 minutes.

I use to practice this method a lot. It helped me become a runner. If it’s too hard at first, switch it around and run five minutes/walk ten minutes.
