Taking a break for lunch!
I wanted to make a filling salad to fuel me up for my trip to the gym tonight.
Lunch Salad:
4 Cups Lettuce
1/4 Cup Whole Grain Croutons
1 Serving Imitation Crab Meat
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/4 Cup Mixed Berries
1/4 Cup Non Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Tbsp Shredded Carrots
2 Tbps Light Poppy Seed Dressing
