Honey Berry Malt-0-Meal With: Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, Mixed Berries and Sliced Almonds!

I’m not a huge fan of plain flavors. I love sweetening things up, and adding more textures to my food. This morning before my workout, I whipped up some Malt-O-Meal. It’s basically the same thing as Cream of Wheat. I added in extra nutrients like: chia seeds, berries, flax seeds and almonds. This was the perfect breakfast to fuel me for my workout. It has also kept me full all day. I had a couple egg whites along with it for extra protein.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Prepared Malt-O-Meal (Follow directions on the box. Don’t add salt)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 Cup Thawed Frozen Berries (No sugar added)

-Add Honey

-Top With Sliced Almonds

-Add Flax Seeds

-Add Chia Seeds

-Mix all ingredients together
