Banana Bread Dip – Perfect for Whole Grain Toast

Banana bread is one of my favorite breakfast. It takes forever to make when I’m in a hurry, so I decided to come up with a flavored banana bread dip to spread on whole grain toast. This would also work for fruit dip, frozen dessert or graham cracker spread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Extra Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 Half Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Packet Truvia
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Walnuts

Directions:

  1. Mash banana and combine with Greek yogurt.
  2. Mix in: cinnamon, Truvia, vanilla, almond, brown sugar and mash until no lumps.
  3. Top With Walnuts

Serving Size 2 Tbsp
