Banana bread is one of my favorite breakfast. It takes forever to make when I’m in a hurry, so I decided to come up with a flavored banana bread dip to spread on whole grain toast. This would also work for fruit dip, frozen dessert or graham cracker spread.
- 1 Large Extra Ripe Banana
- 1/2 Half Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Packet Truvia
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Almond Extract
- 1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Walnuts
- Mash banana and combine with Greek yogurt.
- Mix in: cinnamon, Truvia, vanilla, almond, brown sugar and mash until no lumps.
- Top With Walnuts
