I like to pack my bag with snacks and lunch for work and school. If I don’t, I get super hungry and end up eating junk!
I usually load a morning snack with fresh fruit.
Lunch, I make a sandwich!
I also pack cheese slices and fresh vegetables with lunch.
I pack an afternoon snack to eat on the way home to keep me from raiding the fridge.
I keep a bag of ”hunger killers” with me to get me through the day. I usually pack tail mix or crackers.
Just make sure to re use the bags!

Zippy bags make colorful fruits and veggie snacks look so much more appealing. I’ve packed myself lunch but never for morning snacks or “hunger killers,” haha. In terms of lunch, I’d also have to stay away from the food court, otherwise the smells would tempt me to buy something else.
