Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3 Medium Extra-Ripe Bananas
  • 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In an electric mixer, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in bananas.
  • Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the mixer, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula (or walnuts)
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
