Honey
(or replace with sugar)

(or replace with honey)

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, sugar, orange zest, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10–12 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let the sauce cool completely. Remove the cinnamon sticks.
Garnish with orange peels, rosemary, thyme, and cinnamon sticks!
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2–5 days.
I make this days before Thanksgiving to save time on the big day!
