Chicken Taco Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 packet taco seasoning simply organic
  • 1/2 cup cheese daiya
  • 1 bag chips grain-free Siete
  • 1/2 cup baby tomatoes chopped
  • 1 medium avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 400

  2. Cook the chicken on the stove top.

  3. Mix in the taco seasoning.

  4. In a large casserole dish, add the chips. Add the chicken and cheese on top.

  5. Bake 12-minutes

  6. Top the warm chips with your toppings! Add the tomatoes, onions, lettuce, avocado, and anything extra you want!

  7. Enjoy!
