A flavorful sandwich featuring marinated honey mustard chicken, crispy bacon, and a creamy avocado-jalapeño spread. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!
Marinate the Chicken: Mix sliced chicken breast with Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.Cover and let marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight for best flavor).
Prepare the Bacon: Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Cook the Chicken: Preheat an air fryer to 425°F. Lightly coat tin foil with avocado oil and place marinated chicken on top. Bake for 16 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is cooked and slightly charred. (Alternatively, grill the chicken if preferred.)
Prepare the Avocado Mix: Smash the avocado in a bowl. Stir in 1 tsp jalapeño juice and 1 tbsp sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
