Made with unsweetened cocoa powder and organic almond butter and sweetened with pure maple syrup, this dessert is perfect for a healthy snack or low-sugar dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cups Cottage Cheese (preferably full fat)
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Almond Butter (any nut butter works)
  • 1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup (or your choice of sweetener)
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream I used the Truwhip brand.

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheesealmond buttermaple syrupvanilla extract, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sea salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Alternate layers of the pudding with coconut whipped cream in a jar to create the parfait.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
