How to Make Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, brewer’s yeast, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In an electric mixer, beat the butter and coconut oil until creamy. Add the sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined, then stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll dough into balls (about 95-100 grams each) and slightly flatten them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes , or until the edges are set but the centers are slightly soft.
Let cookies cool completely on the pan before removing—they will continue to cook as they cool.
