Pumpkin Pie Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Oats (I used quick oats)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tsps Vanilla Extract
  • 6 Scoops Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder (I used orgain)
  • 1/3 Cup Pecans
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsps Cloves
  • 2 Tsps Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine. 

    *If it's too dry, add more pumpkin puree, and if it's too soft, add more oats. 

  2. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
