Preheat the oven to 375-degrees
Add the banana, honey, unsweetened almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla, oats, baking powder, salt, and egg to a blender
Blend on medium speed for about 20-seconds. Lower the speed for another ten seconds. **Do not over blend. You should still be able to see specs of oats**
Fold in the chocolate chips
Pour the batter into a greased or lined 9in by 13in baking dish. Top with extra chocolate chips and bake for 20-22 minutes.
Allow the bars to cool for 20-minutes before slicing into them.
