Baked Chocolate Chip Blender Oatmeal Bars

  • 1 Large Banana Extra Ripe
  • 1/4 Cup Honey or your choice of sweetener
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or your choice of milk
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter or your choice of nut butter
  • 2 Tsps Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups Oats
  • 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips or nuts, berries, raisins...


  1. Preheat the oven to 375-degrees

  2. Add the banana, honey, unsweetened almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla, oats, baking powder, salt, and egg to a blender

  3. Blend on medium speed for about 20-seconds. Lower the speed for another ten seconds. **Do not over blend. You should still be able to see specs of oats**

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips

  5. Pour the batter into a greased or lined 9in by 13in baking dish. Top with extra chocolate chips and bake for 20-22 minutes.

  6. Allow the bars to cool for 20-minutes before slicing into them.
