Carrot Cake Pops with White Chocolate

  • 1 Box Carrot Cake Mix + ingredients to make the cake from the box
  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 2 Cups White Chocolate Candy Melts
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts Optional


  1. Bake the cake accordingly to the instructions on the back of the box.

    Mix in the walnuts (optional)

  2. Crumble the cake and place it in the freezer to cool down.

  3. Add the cream cheese frosting and crumbled cake to an electric mixer. Combine until it resembles a cookie-dough-like texture.

  4. Roll the dough into cake balls.

  5. Melt the chocolate in a pan on medium heat until creamy. Dip the cake balls into the chocolate and place on parchment paper to cool. Top with sprinkles

  6. Once the chocolate has completely hardened, use a sharp knife to cut the excess chocolate around the bottoms to give them a clean look.
