Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Monk Fruit
  • 1/4 Cup Golden Monk Fruit
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter 100% peanuts for low carb
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla


Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookie Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees

  2. In a large mixing bowl, sift the almond flour, baking soda, salt, monk fruit, and golden monk fruit together.

  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg.

    Add the egg, peanut butter, and vanilla to the flour ingredients. Mix well.

  4. Form two tablespoon-sized dough balls into cookies onto the baking sheet.

    Use a fork to add the signature peanut butter press on top of the cookies.

  5. Bake cookies for approximately 12-minutes. Once they're lightly golden, take them out and let them cool down for 5-minutes.
