Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 385

  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic salt together.

  3. Roll oversized tablespoons of the ground chicken into chicken nugget shapes.

  4. Coat the chicken with the almond flour mixture and place on a baking sheet.

  5. Cook each side for about 10-12 minutes.
