Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies with Coconut & Maple Syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees
  • Mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, gluten-free flour, shredded coconut, sea salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  • Mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and egg into the large bowl.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Add two tablespoon-sized dough balls onto a baking sheet two inches apart.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes.
