Ingredients

Turkey Meatloaf
  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey I use 1 lb 99% fat free & 1 lb 93% fat free
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 small Red Onion chopped
  • 3/4 cups Gluten-Free Italian Bread Crumbs Ian's Brand
  • 1 tbsp Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar or honey
Meatloaf Glaze
  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar or honey
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 385-degrees
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, eggs, onion, Italian bread crumbs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and brown sugar together.
  • Form three even loafs and add them to a non-greased oven-safe pan.
  • Create the glaze.
Mix the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar together until smooth.
  • Coat the loaves with the glaze and sprinkle black pepper on top.
I poke holes into the loaf while spreading the glaze that way it cooks into the loaf.
  • Bake the loaf in the oven for about 35-minutes.
Meatloaf should read 175 to 185 on a thermometer for the perfect temp.
  • Allow the meatloaf to cool and slice!
