Bob's Red Mill

Baking Powder

Sea Salt

Cinnamon

Packet
Monk Fruit Sweetener
or your choice of sweetener

Large
Egg
1
Cup
Nut Milk
I used coconut milk
1
Tsp
Vanilla Extract
1
Tbsp
Coconut Oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, sift together the gluten free flour, cinnamon, sea salt, and baking powder.
Add the egg, vanilla, monkfruit, and nut milk to the dry ingredient bowl and mix well.
Fold any extra treats if you want!
Stir in the melted coconut oil.
Heat a pan to medium-high heat. Spray it with cooking spray and add 1/3 cup of the pancake batter to the pan. Cook each side for about 4-minutes.
Serve hot! 😋 And of course, add some butter and syrup to make it even better!
