No-Bake: Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats | Gluten-Free & Vegan

Ingredients

  • 10 Ounce Bag Pumpkin Spiced Marshmallows (or regular marshmallows)
  • 2 Tbsps Vegan Butter (i used earth balance)
  • 2 Tbsps Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 7 Cups Brown Rice Cereal (i used glutne-free One Degree Brand)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, microwave the butter

  2. Mix in the Marshmallows with the butter until melted.

  3. Stir in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.

  4. Add rice creal and stir.

  5. Grease a dish or add rice krispie mixture to parchment paper. Use a spatula to flatten the treats. Let the treats cool for about 30-minutes before cutting into them.
