Healthy Vegan Pumpkin Spiced Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (i use the 365 brand because it froths the best)
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 Shots Espresso (or extra dark coffee)
  • monk fruit optional

Instructions

  1. Froth milk and brew espresso

  2. Add frothed milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla to a blender on high for 30-seconds. (this would be where you add your monk fruit sweetener)

  3. Add pumpkin flavored milk to the mug with the espresso

  4. Sprinkle pumpkin spice (Or coconut whipped cream) on top.
