3-Ingredient Go-To Protein Pancakes

  • 1/2 Large Banana (or small banana)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder (I used Vega)
  • 1 Large Egg


  1. Mash the banana with a fork and scramble it with the egg. 

  2. Mix in the protein powder. 

  3. Heat a pan to medium. I used avocado oil spray to grease. 

  4. Scoop the pancake batter into your preferred sized cakes onto the pan, (add your choice of fillers) and cook each side for about six minutes.
