White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Energy Balls

  • 1 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder (I used plant base)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • water or almond milk for texture


  1. In a large bowl (or electric mixer) combine the almond butter, oats, vanilla protein powder, macadamia nuts, and white chocolate chips together. 

  2. Gradually add in the water or almond milk until you get a texture that you can roll into balls. Add by the tablespoon. 

  3. Scoop 2 heaping tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. 

    This recipe makes about 24-26 servings.
