White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Energy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder (I used plant base)
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts
  • 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
  • water or almond milk for texture

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl (or electric mixer) combine the almond butter, oats, vanilla protein powder, macadamia nuts, and white chocolate chips together. 
  • Gradually add in the water or almond milk until you get a texture that you can roll into balls. Add by the tablespoon. 
  • Scoop 2 heaping tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. 
    This recipe makes about 24-26 servings.
