Ingredients
  

  • 1 Stick (1/2 cup) Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar (or Swerve)
  • 2 Large Eggs (beaten)
  • 3 Medium Extra-Ripe Bananas
  • 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 10 Ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Grease a loaf pan with butter/or cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Cream the butter and sugar together in an electric mixer.
  • Mix in the beaten eggs, vanilla, and bananas. 
  • Sift the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together.  
  • Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the mixer. 
  • Stir in the chocolate chips. 
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan. 
    *top with walnuts or other fun toppings if you want! 
  • Bake for 5-50 minutes. Use the toothpick method to determine if they are done.
