Healthier Shamrock Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Cup Light Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/2 Tsp Mint Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • green food coloring (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend almond milk and mint leaves together.
  • Strain the milk to remove any pieces of mint.
  • Add the almond milk back to the blender and combine it with light vanilla ice cream, mint extract, ice, and green food coloring.
  • Add light whipped cream on top!
