green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
Blend almond milk and mint leaves together.
Strain the milk to remove any pieces of mint.
Add the almond milk back to the blender and combine it with light vanilla ice cream, mint extract, ice, and green food coloring.
Add light whipped cream on top!
