Instructions
Slice the kielbasa and cook it up on a pan on high heat until charred. Transfer the kielbasa to a bowl, and set it aside.
Slice the onions and peppers. Using the same pan with the grease from the kielbasa, saute the onions and peppers until charred.
Boil the pasta and strain.
Mix one cup of cheese, peppers, onions, kielbasa, pasta, parmesan, and sauce.
I usually season with some black pepper
Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for about 12-15-minutes at 375-degrees.
