Easy Cheesy Baked Kielbasa Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 16 Ounces Rigatoni Pasta
  • 32 Ounces Pasta Sauce
  • 12 Ounces Kielbasa
  • 1/2 Large Yellow Onion
  • 1 Large Bell Pepper
  • 2 Cups Italian Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Slice the kielbasa and cook it up on a pan on high heat until charred. Transfer the kielbasa to a bowl, and set it aside.
  • Slice the onions and peppers. Using the same pan with the grease from the kielbasa, saute the onions and peppers until charred.
  • Boil the pasta and strain.
  • Mix one cup of cheese, peppers, onions, kielbasa, pasta, parmesan, and sauce.
    I usually season with some black pepper
  • Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for about 12-15-minutes at 375-degrees.
