Add green beans to a pot with 2 1/2 quarts of boiling water. Cook for about ten minutes.
Heat a pan on high and add green beans and avocado oil. Cook until the green beans start to brown.
Add in the soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic powder, and monk fruit and mix on high heat for 25-seconds. Turn the heat off and continue to stir for an additional 25-seconds.
