Buffalo Chicken Frittata With Blue Cheese Crumbles

  • 1 Dozen Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 & 2 Tbsps. Cup Buffalo Sauce +Extra for top.
  • 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 /2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Cups Grilled Chicken (shredded)


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk,  2 tbsps of buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper together. 

  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees

  3. Grease oven safe dish, or cast iron pan.

  4. Pour egg mixture into the pan. 

  5. In the same bowl that you whisked the eggs in, mix together the chicken and buffalo sauce. 

  6. Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken into the cast iron pan with the eggs. 

  7. Add the crumbled blue cheese on top. 

  8. Bake 20 minutes

  9. Drizzle buffalo sauce on top and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
