Happy Wednesday! I was up at 5:30 this morning to swim some laps at the pool. I love that our neighborhood pool has lap swim from 6 am to 8 am. I enjoy the walk down there, and it's a great way to get a workout before the heat. I'm not used to getting up at 5 am and jumping straight into a workout.
